Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Size Exchanges: If the item you purchased does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Store Credit: If you'd prefer not to exchange your item or we cannot supply the correct size, we can issue store credit for the value of the item(s) returned, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at bmariotti@liveattiva.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Ship the Item: Once your return or exchange is approved, securely package the item(s) and ship or bring it back to us at ATTIVA Wellness. *Please note shipping address is a P.O. Box and will be provided during first contact of return*
  3. Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or issue store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
